Welcome to the Unity Baptist Association website!

Our fifty churches in East Texas are an active fellowship of churches serving one another and cooperating together to help fulfill the Great Commission through four major priorities. First, we strengthen churches through training, senior adult ministry, consulting, assisting with church ministries and administration, leader development and the use of our evangelism block party trailer.

We also have a ministry on the Angelina College campus through our Bible classes and Baptist Student Ministry. Our building on the campus enables us to impact the lives of hundreds of students every week.

Missions are a very important priority. Currently we have five mission churches in our area.

Finally, we have a disaster relief ministry. Our feeding unit has the capacity to prepare 20,000 meals per day. In the past four years our unit has prepared over one million meals for victims of hurricanes, tornadoes and fires in Alabama, Louisiana and Texas.  See the ministries and resources page for details of all our ministries.

A great line up of conference leaders are on tap for our big annual training event, the ETCLC.  The conference this year is geared for churches running under 200 in attendance.

The keynote speaker will be Allan Taylor with Lifeway from Nashville, TN.  He is widely acknowledged to be the best conference leader in the country.  He was the Minister of Education at FBC Woodstock in Georgia (pastor Johnny Hunt) before coming to Lifeway.

Also coming from Lifeway will be David Francis.  He has written a book: “One Hundred: Charting a Course Past 100 in Sunday School.”

There will be over 50 breakout sessions for all types of leaders including worship leaders this year.  Mark your calendars for August 26 at FBC Diboll for this great training event!
